Days Inn by Wyndham Bronx Near Botanical Garden

Pros +

• Nothing good about the hotel! No parking. Breakfast was horrible. I felt for my safety from a disturbance I heard in the room next to mine at 1am and threats were sent. No hot water. Broken heater in my room. Poor management. Overall experience was BAD!
• The chain is known and the right price and location for an overnight stay before traveling in the early morning.
• It was a real hotel room unlike many places in New York

Cons -

• There was no hot water for my entire stay. Two guys go into an altercation over money that was owed to the other next to my room and there were threats made at 1am in the morning. I heard every noise outside. The heater in the room was broken, it was cold
• The coffee pot and desk lamp were not hooked up and had to manually move the desk. Also the hotel should reconsider using satellite as their TV source in that area. Every 10 seconds spotty due to trains and electric interference.
• It's quite far out in the Bronx,especially if you don't have a car I would take an extra look att the map just so you know.
