Not having a toilet and a sink for 10 hrs and when I get bombarded with emails wanting me to take a survey they canceled my reservation with out provocation and wouldn?t refund me cash to apply to another hotel,instead of sleeping outside there door

Sink was plugged and the toilet was visibly plugged .? told staff at 130pm 1/24 and at 630am 1/25 front desk called an saidthey didn?t have a plunger bet we could use a bathroom in another room down the hall .. After 1 hr I requested we move to it

Love the hotel clean and friendly

Ya paid 158 one room and 148 for another jacuzzi room. And one room didn't work at all and the other room half worked. I've never had problems from that hotel always love going there.

they have a new Internet and Wi-Fi system. I stayed two nights and NO ONE at the desk knew how to use the TV remote! Had to call tech-support to connect to Wi-Fi. The coffee machine was broken, and breakfast was not refilled in timely manner

Room smelled bad. Had black mold in bathroom. Spent three nights and not once had maid service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I like that you have to enter the lobby to get to your room.

The toilet is old and sits way to low. Hard to wipe and keep your hand out of the toilet water... The blackout curtains did not close. We used the holes that some other customers put in them to keep them closed and they're to long and cover the heat.

No bathtub plug for the jacuzzi and staff had no idea where to find one, only some of the jets worked and if you moved them pieces of black debris would come out.

The hotel was clean. There were no odors in my room or the hallway? The continental breakfast was good.

Hotel is clean but they reserve rooms but when checking in never have a king and suggest to get the double queen even when I have paid more for king.

Breakfast can be better. Bread but no cream cheese . Better Coffee . Whole milk .

Handicap showers are nasty rusty.

Reservation for King non handicap but hotel sold out and gave handicap room.

Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was very adequate.

When the staff attempted to give us another room due to the first having damp stained and moldy smelling carpet. They refunded us after we decided to leave due to the poor conditions upstairs and in the 2nd room. Strong gasoline smell in hallway.

The rugs were stained and ripped, the rooms smelled damp and moldy, the furniture was very dated, the hallway on the 2nd floor had a stifling gasoline smell. The outside had garbage thrown every where. The landscaping was overgrown

The staff and rooms are absolutely amazing. I have booked this hotel multiple times and anytime i do need a room i will absolutely book here. The rates are amazing and the location is perfect!

Not a thing

This was a last minute booking and stop. The hotel was nice, I was offended by the dress code of the staff. I go to best buy they have uniform, target has uniforms,bed and breakfast they wear clothing fitting for the job, but here it's Halloween.

I get everyone everywhere wants to be different,but work is not the place to express yourself ina way that would make customers feel unwelcome... I will never stay there again...

The kindness of the customer service. The front desk staff very helpful. breakfast is served until 9, but they let us take breakfast Let's us. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are big and staff is nice and it's very clean hotel and great breakfast.

The bed was very hard

it was within a mile of my family, whom we were visiting on this trip. It was a comfortable place to sleep and a fairly decent breakfast for free.

It was not very clean. I had to wipe down sink, the carpets and bathroom floors did not look vacuumed (found dental floss and driveway debris on floor upon check in). Also, outside doors were not locked at night. Noise from other rooms, squeaky floors.

Quiet location, great price, low key, clean and friendly.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel.

Nice location, although a few shady folks doing business in the parking lot next door. Clean, breakfast was minimal.....juice machine was out of order. Also our first room the heat was broke, thankfully they switched us quickly to another room.

Totally did not appreciate them telling me after I'd booked that they charge. $50 extra for a dog in your room!!!! Not a deposit, but in addition to the room cost!!!! So if you book a great deal because they accept pets, be warned!!!

Old, not kept up well, no daily Maid service, broken coffee machine and minimal bfast.
