The room was clean. It was convenient and I was able to get a free parking spot.
The air conditioning was very loud and breakfast was very disheveled. There was little available.

I have to say that after doing a long ride through the US I found this hotel to be the most clean and with greatest value. But more importantly was the amazing greeting we received by Gerald Bradshaw, the Front Office Manager who greeted us with such professionalism and kindness when we arrived after a long day of riding. He went out of this way to make our stay enjoyable. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, and he wins the prize for best reception and service. Thank you Gerald!

The downtown location is convenient. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful
Flush in my toilet was broken, so the water was constantly running, it was quite loud. Showerhead had a lot of limescale. Bathroom amenities clearly need repair/replacement. Breakfast was pretty much gone when I got there at 8:30, even though it ends at 9. There was little choice, and no hot water available for tea even though the container was there, it was just empty. A bit too expensive for what you get

The place was so clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious, well designed. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and arranged for easy access.

Large, very comfortable room with a full closet with hangers, a refrigerator and microwave, both regular and decaffeinated coffee for the coffee maker, and a bed with a good mattress and excellent pillows. Great location; friendly, helpful staff (including the maids). Very good breakfast, and both water and coffee were available all day on the ground floor, which was a nice amenity.
