The location was excellent, and the parking was very convenient. It was also nice to have access to the refrigerator in the kitchen.

The bathroom was a bit small.

Our room was great

They offered breakfast and access to the kitchen was available; but no-one restocked the kitchen for breakfast. Very little but bread and some peanut butter.

The room was very nice, not your typical hotel, more like a room. There was confusion about the room we were assigned but it got resolved. Be sure to look at your email for instructions.

Generally well-renovated space with thoughtful touches and amenities.

My bed frame was broken and the mattress sagged on the street side which made sleeping comfortably quite difficult. The desk chair was also broken and very unsteady. There was no drinking glass in the room.

Nothing! We ended up leaving because we did not feel safe.

The description does not represent the property. It is certainly not a “restored” mansion. The room was tiny. The window broken—as in glass broken. It was freezing with no available temperature control. Everything about it felt unsafe. Rather than stay we drove the remaining six hours to arrive home in the middle of the night.

I asked by message multiple times for a late check out as I work night shift and wanted to sleep in but no one ever responded. I eventually called and they said late check out was no problem and they put me down for a 1pm check out. Then at 11:20 housekeeping was banging at my door, I woke up and told them I was booked for a late check out. Then 20 minutes later, right after I fell back asleep, someone else came banging on the door to confirm I wanted a late check out. So frustrating and defeated the whole purpose of staying late.

The food was nicely set up for self serve. Very good choices.Big rooms and very clean.

It was advertised that there were breakfast items like muffins and coffee. However, they were somewhat stale and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned.

Clear instructions from the hotel. Room met our expectations. Refreshments available 24/7, which was great with our schedule. Coffee!

Window blinds were not blackout and let in a lot of light at night and in the morning.

Location, cleanliness...

Coded security door had loose stopper which made it difficult to relock the door upon entering...TV although operational, cd not bring up any working channels...A/C functioning during the day, but not during the nite...

The park being across the street was fantastic, the lovely room and the quiet of the other guests and the ease of the whole process of checking in and leaving. Also the access to the fridge and such yummy apples and snacks! I enjoyed lazing around reading on one of the couches.
