Residence Inn by Marriott Albany Washington Avenue

Having the ability to cook in the room. Free breakfast

No except, the bed was unleavened

location2 nite stay no maid service beds not made towels not changed

breakfast not the greatest

Breakfast was substantial and delicious.

Our original room had a dirty pull out couch that smelled of urine. Our second room was next to a group having a party and were very loud throughout the night.

location to convention venue; great receptive staff

air conditioner blew on our heads all night.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff and rooms!

The hot tub had a bad smell. Like dirty toes and was not working properly. The pool was not clean either.

The suite was spacious and h as d 2 bathrooms...a must for our party of 4

Breakfast was very picked over at 8am

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great, with a mall and stores right across the street. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and had everything you would need.

Cleanliness, style, employees

Location and breakfast

Room had a broken reading lamp by the bed and a stained carpet by the bathroom

Location near shopping.

Pool not available. Night desk clerk clueless.

No pots and pans. Dish washer did not work. Toilet seat loose. All items discussed with hotel staff and remedied.

The front desk receptionist, I believe that's her name was extremely sweet and helpful. I love her energy and her positive attitude

Nope everything was great

The room was great. My wife couldn't believe that the room was so inexpensive. I will definitely be staying there again

The room was excellent and the location as well.

Comfortable

Beautiful place

Nonr

Location, kitchenette

The bed was so smashed the edges were completely collapsed.

Staff was really great. The room was large and comfortable. Close to the cross gates mall. The free Breakfast was good too.

The location is a little inconvenient.

It was on the way in a good location; near things to do

In comparison with other Residence Inns I did not think the rooms were as comfortable; we needed to use the pull out which I mentioned when we checked in, but had to go to desk at bedtime and ask for sheets.

The room size was great having a full Kitchen!

The smell was AWFUL. The hallways smelled so bad of smoke and trash. It kept making its way into the room. Also our towels had other peoples hair still on it. It wasn’t clean at all, and I almost booked us a new hotel but because we were just passing through we made it work. However we will never be back.
