  • Friendly staff, good breakfast options, pool.
  • Curteous staff, maids cleaning rooms, easy access to our room and the staff easily changed us from the seconc floor to the first because one of us has a fear of heights with the glass windows and open railings. Everything about this hotel was very plea

  • TV next door was too loud all night long. Phone in room didn't work. Blinds in room didn't work.
  • Pool area needs an upgrade.
  • I had 40 dollars off for go bad, because the fridge didn't work and I did not get any sleep, because there was s truck parked under my window that had some dog bathing the whole night and early morning. It was a guess that stayed there

I thought the smell of the hotel, both the lobby and the hallways were stale, certainly not aired out, perhaps the carpeting not clean. The front desk staff person appeared gave poor energy when dealing with me, coming from a "5 minute away" break.
