Pros +
- The staff was nice. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.
- The welcoming agent was WONDERFUL! The shower was better than most. Good vent and no steam.
- Location, most of the staff was really friendly, good breakfast & clean room.
Cons -
- There was a lot of hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. I was also charged $20 for Retired Service Dog. Even though he is retired doesn't make him any less of a service dog. I feel my $20 should be returned to me.
- The room heater was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The rating should be a1 star.
- The heat coming on and off all night kept waking me up.
