Cons -

It didn't have a heater that worked and it was kinda loud due to neighboring room
I could hear the conversation of our neighbors through the wall, every time they opened and shut the door. It was like he?s slamming of a door noise.
No heat in our room. We arrived late, room temperature was 57 degrees, we turned heat up, in an hour, nothing. Was too late to get it repaired. Slept in clothes to keep warm, window was cracked open, wouldn't shut. At 6 am, room temp was 60 deg.
