- The staff WAS AWESOME. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT CAUSED US TO VISIT SPARKS, NV
Cons -
- The fact that they charged me one hundred and fifty dollars, non- refundable for our dog. I was unaware of this extra charge until I had completed the check-in process. Disgusting. I will NEVER book this motel again. They should be ashamed.
- Way, way, way overpriced!
- DISCOVERED SINCE IT WAS A RESIDENCE INN, THEY DID NOT PROVIDE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE DAILY. FORTUNATELY, WE REALLY ONLY REQUIRED THE TRASH BEING REMOVED AND CLEAN TOWELS.
