Cons -
- Tried to check in19 minutes before 3. No one in line they said I would have to come back in 10 minutes or pay additional 60 dollars to check in Emailer. Staff was rude. Finally check in room construction above. Complain staff said would check on it.
- The pool was closed and the option we had was Dilver legacy which was outside and it happend to snow that week so need other options if swimming is a big deal to the fanily.
- The bed was hard as a rock and I had to pay the resort fee when I got there. I wanted it to go on the card I reserved the room with
