Harrahs Hotel Reno

Location was ok.

It took 1 1/2 hours to check in. After the long check in, we went to the rooms reserved( two doubles) to find we were given 2 king rooms. Back to the check in desk. Another wait in line. Difficulty getting info for wifi. Front desk was terrible.

That when we got there at 11 pm they still had are room avalable very clean and friendly

Room was not clean. Stains on wall. Floor dirty. I believe bed was clean I hope!

It had somewhat of a central location and it also had free parking and complementary valet.

The line to check in was moving slow, only one person was checking in regular guests. Then I finally get a room and then we go up to it and there were strong bleach fumes so I had to ask for a room change.

The location is great. The hotel is too outdated.

Parts of this property are very stinky.

The people were very nice and the bathroom was clean.

This room was very outdated, the tv was tiny and the small refrigerator made a loud humming noise all night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear kids screaming until 10pm. Would not stay here again at least until its updated.

I take harrahs because of the location other than that i dont recommend harrahs reno

Horrible machine noise that goes non stop the whole night,we went 2 d frontdesk 2 complain & this 2 asian staff just ignore our complains..were tired & we want peaceful stay at harrahs!im not coming back 2 harrahs!!

Dirty, rude staff, inconvenience, furniture falling appart.

THe concierge who texted me and asked me to text her about anything I needed. Also the electronic checkout from my phone.

THe walls are paper thin. Shower never got hot. Everything in the hotel stunk of cigarette smoke. I could hear my neighbors sneeze, cough and puke and I'm sure they could hear me on the phone. There isn't a little deli or low cost eatery in the hotel.

Hotel is in need of some Renovations, casino Buffett carvings was the worst I've ever had eat somewhere else.

Hotel jacked price up more than $--- and no real amenities either. No direct line to front desk. A simple thing like adding my brother to The reservation could not be done at all: hot transferred to the Phillipines 3 times. Never stay at Caesars again

They allowed me to check-in at the kiosk at 10:00A without additional cost. Hotel employee was very helpful and upgraded my room. Hotel casino areas are very smokie. Walls are very thin and I could hear the next room slamming the door and talking very loudly.

Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable. Waitresses walking around serving drinks were on point!

Restaurants were closed down really early due to Reno being a ghost town these days. Sad, Reno is not like it used to be.

They charged for everything little thing. $8 for self parking, $23 for descent wifi, it's ridiculous and claimed none of it was included in the "resort fee."

It was alright. Not super fancy, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Great price although the resort fees were high. And the location was great!

Casino staff is not usually superb and that was the case here. Harrah's was exactly what I expected. They didn't blow me out of the water on any level but they didn't disappoint me either.

The entry door to my room was damaged. The shower/tub drain was extremely slow, as well as the sink drain. The carpet was extremely dirty, and needed to be cleaned a long time ago. I stayed at this hotel a week earlier, and that room was fine.
