Hampton Inn & Suites Reno West, NV

Perfect location. Very clean. Beds and pillows so comfy! Breakfast was great! Staff friendly and checkin was super easy. This is my go-to place in Reno.

Couldn't find a way to lock (or shut tightly) the bathroom door because it's a sliding barn door. Luckily we weren't traveling with children so it was fine.

Clean and close to our friends

Bedding was heavy and easy to get tangled up in

location, clean, friendly staff

Hot food that was heated in a bag a breakfast.

It is so awesome- so quiet at night. Indoor hallways, covered pool, breakfast was huge, it was great. There was nothing left unattended.

It has very clean and cozy room Breakfast was excellent.

Room is clean but there were a lot of noise from other room in the night.

It was quiet. I was offered a bottle of water upon arrival

The king size bed was awful. It was so hard it made my back and hips sore. The only way I was able to sleep was y folding up the comforter and sleeping o top of that. I have been in hotels half the price of this one that had good beds.

Nice, clean room & nice staff. Location & hot tub.

Uncomfortable bed.

Nice people at the front helped us when the weather for our trip changed. She was proficient, smiling, and good looking

People nice, hotel clean!

Heard noise from other rooms.

The breakfast was wonderful. All staff was very friendly. Thank you!

The pillows may need replacing. Very uncomfortable. We would have liked to wash clothes but machines out of order. Also, pool was extremely cold.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice area. Great breakfast.

The shower faucet was broken and were not able to take shower the second day of our stay.

Rooms clean and quiet...Surrounding property kept and possesses a safe atmosphere...

Exceptionally clean, and obviously taking precautions to protect the health of guests and staff.

Loved that they had complimentary packaged hot breakfasts available to order, but the food was mediocre at best; pretty sure they used powdered eggs. The oatmeal was pretty good, though, and they had lots of add ins for it.

I loved the easy access on and off the highway, the quiet location, the convenience store on the corner to quickly fill up before setting out the next leg of my journey and having Starbucks right next door to fuel up in a different way. :)

The location as well as the cleanliness

The curtains weren’t dark enough. The black out curtains didn’t close all the way.

Easy access to highway. Reasonable price for the room and the professionalism of the staff.

Front desk staff were friendly.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. They lost my breakfast ticket so my daughter and I had to wait 40 minutes for bad food. When I got my food the milk and yogurt were both rotten. I drank a sip of the rotten milk, it was terrible.

We've stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Friendly staff, clean property, and nice facility.

We needed a quiet room with space for 2 adults and 4 children. The room we had was perfect! It was large and comfortable for each person. The gym and pool were clean and nice as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean.

It was great!

The size of the rooms. Very clean and right off the freeway.
