Location. Price. Clean.

They messed up and entered my room # in the computer as 208 but told me and gave me the key to 333 so when someone else checked in a couple hours later they also gave them 333 and I had a stranger walk into my room. Then the front desk person came up and opened my door again. No apologies just asked me if I checked in at the front desk. Duh. Thats how I got a key. Again no apologies. She just said the computer shows this room is vacant and i said we'll its not and I've been here for 2 hrs now. She then just left and went back downstairs. I called down to the front desk about 8 mins later just to ask them if it was all straightened out. She put me on hold for what seemed like 10 mins. Came back and said they figured it out and was sort of giggling about it. She told me the check in person put me in the computer as room 208 but gave me key for 333. Went on about how she thinks her long nails were the culprits... still no apologies for having a complete stranger walk into my room. Thank goodness I was there or some stranger could have ruffled through my belongings and thankful i wasn't naked in the shower or getting dressed at the time. Then... the following morning after a rough night of sleep because of the running refrigerator all night, I went down for coffee and couldn't get back into my room because the key wouldn't work! I assume because of the fiasco the night before. Speaking of coffee.. saying complimentary breakfast is a stretch... the coffee was disgusting and they offered plain oatmeal. Nutrigrain bars and muffins on a tiny table area by the front door. They should advertise it as a grab n go. Not a breakfast. So disappointing and will probably never stay there again.
