    • Good location
    • clean and comfortable. Nice location
    • Clean. Felt safe

    Cons -

    • Rooms on Virginia St don’t have double glazing, so noisy. They asked for $15/nt for parking, failing to say that the rear of parking structure is free to the public. And for 3 nights, I was charged $50, not $45!
    • Advertised pool and hot tub. Hot tub was did not function for first 2 or 3 days, and pool area was both closed and not heated.
    • The area of rooms facing street can be very very loud

New hotel opened in spring of 2023. Nice outdoor rooftop pool with chill vibes. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Great free breakfast. Will stay again!

My room had an adjoining room set of doors (I did not use) and could hear muffled talking or TV watching. Nothing a spare towel along the bottom of door couldn¿t solve ;-)

I have stayed in all kind of hotel and resort. This one was the best among all.

Very close to the airport. Nice location - seemed safe and nice restaurants close by. Close as well to downtown activities such as the Riverwalk and casinos. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice parking garage. Very good breakfast .

Reno itself is not my thing but the trip was to Lake Tahoe and I needed a place for an early morning flight. I was pleasantly surprised since I didn’t know anything about Reno.

Comfortable bed and pillows. The overall appearance of the room is really nice.

Shower head needed replacement. The shower experience was not good. I usually judge a hotel room by the shower. Plus the shower door leaked water all over the floor. There should have been a towel bar by the shower or even a hook.

    The fresh breakfast was nice.

I watched three homeless people walk in off the street and get cooked breakfast before walking off and they allowed dogs to jump up on the tables in the eating area and beg for food. There was no soap in the shower when I got in to take a shower. It was very loud by the street. My parents lock broke and wouldn't let them into their room until maintenance came and fixed it .

the room decor and layout was nice. real nice large tv's and good kitchen. The lobby decor was real nice too. all in all a very nice looking hotel.

I picked your hotel because it is a pet friendly hotel. I would have been nice to know there is a 20 dollar daily charge and a 100 dollar cleaning charge. my all in bill was near 400 bucks for 1 night. I put this low on the value scale. I wouldn't come back for that reason alone. also I would expect a more robust restaurant. the restaurant staff was great however.

Breakfasts were awesome in taste, presentation & super nice chef.

Some low buzzing sound coming through the air ducts.

    9DavidPosted on: 12-22-2025

Breakfast was much higher quality (both food and ambience) than most other hotel included breakfasts. Fitness facility and lobby area were both well above average.

Parking charges! In an area that is not particularly congested, this is just a punitive fee.

The room is comfy and clean, it has a great gym and it’s breakfast is pretty good. The location is amazing as well.

A great hotel with a wonderful contemporary chic design. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean beds and room. Overall a great experience! Would definitely stay there if I go back to Reno, NV.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t comment on the hotel restaurant/bar or the free breakfast because I didn’t partake in those but the bar looked nice. We were in Reno for a tournament and the location was convenient to the convention center. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again for the next tournament.

The complimentary coffee in lobby. The ice cold water and cups at the elevator. I liked the always stocked basket of good green apples. The cleanliness of the lobby. The central location: near grocery store (sprouts), fast food (pollo loco), skiing (mt rose).

They didn’t stock our bathroom with shower gel or shampoo. No room housekeeping until the third day.

The hotel is very clean and organized.Staff is also friendly and makes you feel welcomed. There are a variety of businesses located within a few blocks for any last minute shopping/food necessities.

When we arrived, the person who helped me at check in, made a mistake with my last name and this caused a bit of a mix up about payment. This is probably the only thing that bothered me during this stay but regardless, she was very professional and friendly the entire time and apologized once she realized her mistake.

It was an unexpected surprise to have such a wonderful hotel that is smoke-free and close to our family. We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen, island, and a living area with a hide-abed. They offer covered parking, walking distance to amenities, and a great breakfast. Very clean rooms!! We'll be back!
