I paid extra for several options on the players or dealers run option and they have not had refrigerators, microwaves,coffee makers etc. For over 7 years. Front desk was rude about it & would not compensate or apologize for scamming that among numerous...

way to smokey - only a extremely small section for non smoking - hotel smelt like cigarettes and hotel part smelt like weed.

Staff was pleasant. Good location for me. Lots of fun things to do

My biggest complaint is that they did not have a coffee maker

It's a very old hotel in desperate need of updating, and cleanliness is not up to par. There is no way it should be considered a three star hotel. Furniture is all banged up very old, In the bathroom was old and dingy

The check in process was awful. There were two people working the front desk (who were doing their absolute best) on a night when they purposefully oversold the property. It took 40 minutes to get a key and get into my room, which was old and shabby.

Great location. Good places to eat.

The hotel is a dive. The room was dirty - not dusty dirty, but grimy dirty. We used a glasses cleaner cloth to wipe the table in the room. It was black with grime. The bathroom floors were the same.

Check in staff very rude. Security pounding on room next door on and off from 5:00 AM to 6:30 AM. No extended time to sleep in after all that noise by their ownn staff one of the worst places I have ever stayed!! (And I have travelled all over the world.)

Not far off the strip, about 10 minutes. The price, games, food and experience was better than most resorts on the strip.

Details and room cleanliness. Hairs on the bathroom floors and in the corners. Not just one or two, but quite a few.

This Hotel offered great places to eat,incredible entertainment, and a wonderful gambling area with many options.

No Hot tub.

Family friendly. Off the strip feeling. The security guards were really nice to my Kids

The beds were hard as rocks. The pillows also hard as rocks. No fridge. No comforter. And the furniture was older so there was not the newer lamps with usb plugs. So I had to go buy one. I assumed all hotels had this as an amenity.

Best price available. Best location for me. Good and friendly staff.

The hotel sucked...the bar's were awesome.

They overbooked...we didn't get the room we ordered. Got put in a smoking room, reserved Non smoking

The hotel room was clean, the beds were comfortable and all in all I was surprised by how comfortable it was.

The elevators are horrible, the casino is so smokey that you smell like cigarettes just walking through.

Everything--cheap bedding, bad pillows, even a gross toilet. Loud next door neighbors. Extremely thin walls. The casino is a casino. Nothing great, but the hotel is cheap and not worth the price.

Clean hotel and room. Well appointed with good features, TV, and hair dryer. Cafe has high end food and desserts with great service. Players card discounts good. Love theatres; variety of services. Parking good with free efficient valet. Friendly staff.

Time to check in and out was very poor. It took FOREVER to get checked in a long time to check out. One clerk each time. The system must be too involved as there were an awful lot of things to initial and sign to check in.

It's Location worked for us . They finally got us a room .

Arrived and told that they only had smoking rooms available . WThis was not an option and we would prefer to find another hotel . The receptionist found a room . we got into the room, and the floors had not been vacumed.

Price was right. Happy with the linens.

-Poor service. We were woken before dawn by yelling in the room next door. It took 15 minutes for security to come. There was always a long wait at the desk & 1 lady was unpleasant. -Just okay cleanliness. -Big space under door (letting light/sound in).
