- The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.Breakfast was very good for a small hot buffet. GREAT coffee!! Good selection of hot, cold, cereals, and baked goods.I did not try the pancake machine but they smelled good.Linens and bed were very nice. room was comfortable but could have used a 2nd chair.
- Stayed in a dog friendly room- 2 kids, 2 adult and 2 year old lab. Decent selection of breakfast, great views of the snowy hills from the dining area. Highly recommend if you are considering exploring the lake tahoe and surrounding snow activities.Great front desk and kitchen staff.
- Breakfast had many options. my sons and I were all satisfied. It was convenient to start our mornings with a good breakfast. the pool and hot tub was nice to unwind at the end of the day.
Cons -
- The low flow showerhead was not good. The pressure was very low.We would have liked a second desk type chair for sitting and eating in the room.
- Nothing that i can think of.
- I didn’t have any major issues during my stay. Everything was generally fine

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient for getting around the area.
