Cons -
- My backpack, Apple MacBook Pro, US Passport were stolen from my room during my visit. Hotel was unable to explain how this could happen, but admitted that the key card logs showed staff accessed the room. I am considering legal options.
- No room service
- Not able to change dates despite front desk assuring that it would happen if my service contacted them directly. They did, and W said no. No refund or flexibility on dates. I?ll be staying at non-MGM properties from now on. (Btw just at the Four Seasons)
