Spacious room, comfortable bed and shower, free parking, location is good.
No microwave or refrigerator. There is a small refrigerator but it was stocked with drinks (need to pay for them), no space to put your own stuffs in there.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. Food at restaurants were very good
The windows kept making cracking and popping sounds all night. I think it was the windows settling for some reason. Maybe the temperature affected it. But it cause a very restless night.

Room size is excellent. Comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food, drinks, and service at Lucia was great. Absolutely delicious!
The food and service at Chef Xue was subpar. Food was ok, but the service was quite terrible. Rice for two and one dish came out together, and then it took almost 10 minutes for the second dish to arrive. Server could not have cared less.

Honestly, the only thing I did not like was the confusion when we booked our room. There are new buildings and the old. But I have to say, the manager took really good care of us with what happened....

This was my 2nd time at Virgin. The hotel is amazing. It’s been updated and is really decadent. All amenities are superb. I loved the affordable late check out option. The POOLS are everything. So clean and varied. You get a pool experience and a beach experience. It’s really fantastic.

Great ambience. Staff is awesome they are very helpful with any questions I had. The restaurant selection within the hotel is great. The pool area is great design like I was in an Island Resort.

Beautifully designed, modern and clean. Great restaurants/ bars on site. Comfortable and spacious rooms.
The pool was closed due to construction which we weren’t aware of when booking. Not sure if this was due to the pool closed or its location, but it seemed like most hotel guests spent their time elsewhere as it was always dead. At any time of the day, there was barely anyone in the casino, restaurants and bars. Wait times for the front desk was always excruciatingly long.
