- The pictures advertised appear to be AI enhanced to make the hotel appear very new, clean, and beautiful. Actually, it’s old, outdated, dark, and very disappointing. I was also charged a surprise fee of $40 when checking in after paying in full online
- The sliding glass door was not locked when we arrived. We could not get it to lock. The security guard did get it to lock on the second night. But being in a new city, not knowing the area I did not feel comfortable sleeping with the door unlocked.

I liked that security was always around. The staff was friendly and took care of issues.
The sliding glass door was not locked when we arrived. We could not get it to lock. The security guard did get it to lock on the second night. But being in a new city, not knowing the area I did not feel comfortable sleeping with the door unlocked.
