- The view and decoration
- It's a beautiful hotel, the location is great for walking to many other hotels and the dining is wonderful. FRONT DESK staff is awesome. Beautiful pool.

- Walking through the casino, crowds of people, and through the cigarette smoke just to get to the elevators for hotel quest
- Check-in is near the Conservatory, walk through the casino to get to the guest elevators, pool is far, Starbucks is really a distance at the very north of the shopping area not near casino. A/C cuts off without movement at night w/ poly sheets, HOT.
