- Staff was rude. Hallways were dirty. Walls thin.
- I Absolutely did not like anything from horseshoe Hotel.. Bad experience.?
- The location was the same site as our event.

- My room was dirty beers of cans trash can was full toilet paper on the bed.. the cleaning staff was rude bad attitude tour my person pools were close.. I had a bad experience for my fist time I would never stay again on horseshoe again
- They severely overcharge for EVERYTHING! $8.50 for a bottled Starbucks drink from the cooler and $9 for a doughnut.
