Stayed a few times. Great location and accessible. Near food inside and outside in the strip.
Depending on which tower you're in, you might have to walk 10 minutes to go to the strip but the have floor escalators on the way out and in.

great location. room was spacious and fairly clean. met our needs.
the room wasn’t cleaned once in our 4 day stay. the garbages were so small that we had garbage overflowing in the corner of the room. we also ran out of toiletries and when we went to the front desk, they wouldn’t give us anything. it was a night!! we had to go and buy our own soap. NIGHTMARE working with the staff at the hotel!!!!

The property was in a great and convenient location. I liked that it was gated, I felt safer. It was cool that we also had access to the other mgm pools. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and prompt.
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but not a big deal.

The location is great. The staff for our check in and check out were very friendly.
The TV did not work our entire time there. The room was different (visually) compared to the pictures when I was booking.

I love this property. The room location I stayed in was peaceful and quiet. It was a little dated but fairly clean and it had all the amenities and necessities that I wanted and was very comfortable. I enjoyed just about everything about it, from the awesome balcony views, to the big comfy bed, to the unbeatable in-room kitchenette amenities, and to the lovely breath-taking hot jacuzzi tub and spacious shower and bathroom. This is easily one of the best places to stay in Las Vegas.
The only thing I can say that I didn’t like about this property is somewhat minor but I feel is very significant. The TV should be updated to a newer Smart TV model because the one in my room was old and outdated and the channel guide was distorted and unreadable. However, I could still hear and see the pictures on the screen just couldn’t make out what the channels were. Also, I would suggest including at least one or two USB charging ports somewhere in the room. This would make the property a little more modern, up to date and more advanced then some of the other hotel properties on the Strip.

Fridge was cold, which was great. Room was clean.
The room would not cool down. I put the AC all the way down to 60 and it still felt like it was over 74 in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. Could hear the pool music in the morning, which also made it hard to sleep. Also, the tv didn't work.

Room was clean; bed very comfortable; bathroom lavish; kitchenette useful, but minor things missing (i.e.; coffee filters, spatula). Pool very nice (and calm!)
If any - quite a long walk to Monorail or strip, but at least walk to Monorail is fully indoor (and air-conditioned - we had 42 degree Celsius outside!)

Super comfy room and accommodations. Friendly staff, great location.
Ended up paying more than what I originally anticipated.

The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property. The card will be authorized for USD 100 per day or USD 300 (whichever is less) as Incidental/Damage Deposit; if the limit is reached, additional authorizations may occur.
