Great location. Calm and clean away from the busy strip.
They didn’t give us a room on a higher floor because of the maintenance on the higher floors which I thought was quite inconvenient. Considering I made these requests a while in advance.

We chose this hotel because we didnt want to stay in a casino hotel. This is a great hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool is great with plenty of sun lounges and drink service. The staff are great. The hotel is located on the Strip and well located. It is very easy to get a taxi/uber as they pull into the hotel entrance and there are always staff there to help you.

EVERYTHING. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Checked in on us in a great way without being invasive in any way. Room was definitely worth the money. Bathroom was INCREDIBLE. Location was amazing.
I wouldn't change a thing.

It’s a nice hotel and great location and new entrance is nice
The service. This is the 4th time I have stayed here and I’m always making excuses for them. It’s almost like it’s a privilege for me to stay there and I’m inconveniencing them too much. Couldn’t extend my booking and reception was unhelpful. Main guy in reception wouldn’t allow my Starbucks delivery in and just a general snobby attitude. I’ve cancelled my next stay which was in 2 weeks for another concert and I also spent the extra day at the aria which was really nice
