- The staff was amazing! Super sweet and helpful.
- Very clean and great views
- Had a great experience with the Best Western Lake Topaz. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful and let me check in early when I arrived. The room was very clean, large, comfortable and VERY nice. Room a great view of the lake and the mountains.
Cons -
- The last several best westerns have been run down but priced high. Cleanliness was not amazing. Towel racks falling off the walls etc. our room was $200 a night and the neighboring hotel was $120. And the rooms were decent

- room was very cold upon arrival - we called ahead and let the staff know the time of our arrival but the room was not pre-heated. blankets were super thin and no extra blankets were to be found in the room. First night there we were quite cold as the heater in the room took about several hours to heat the room. only 1 sausage patty per person.

super comfy bed! very good breakfast. spacious rooms and everything was very clean. staff was polite and allowed us to check in after midnight.
