Pros +
- The staff at this hotel are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and good pillows.
- Clean and good breakfast.
- First visit in early October was very decent. Staff was cordial and helpful. Accommodations were quite comfortable.
Cons -
- The first night they put us under the stairs so at 5am people started bouncing their suitcases down the steps to leave. My husband got 5 minutes of a shower before it turned ice cold. The second room had water fluctuations every time someone flushed
- Our bed had a squeaky spring but was comfortable.
- Our second visit in mid/later October had not hot water and a particular staff member was a bit curt when I couldn't find her and rang the desk bell (I had no choice); and when I asked about the hot water concern she said it was working just fine.
