Pros +
- The room, particularly the tub.
- All of the staff was very accommodating.
- The hotel is excellent. The guest next door made it unbearable with dogs that constantly barked, and very load conversation in hallway so as not to disturb dog .They had no consideration for other guest. There numerous trip outside with dog very load .
Cons -
- Spa prices were misleading
- The hot tub in the common area wasn¿t very hot. Other than that everything was great!
- The food is over priced for what you get. The service was also poor. (we understand that they can be understaffed). Then don't fill your restaurant and make your patrons wait forever. And serve accordingly- first come, first serve.Parking and valet sucks.
