- The room, particularly the tub.
- All of the staff was very accommodating.
Cons -
- This was a horrible stay. There were 2 weddings going on and very loud. A drunk tried to get into the room! This is a safety issue and no one cared! Manager was requested, but no one ever called back. Left early. No refunds given per Angelica.
- Spa prices were misleading
- The hot tub in the common area wasn¿t very hot. Other than that everything was great!

All of the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is excellent. The guest next door made it unbearable with dogs that constantly barked, and very load conversation in hallway so as not to disturb dog .They had no consideration for other guest. There numerous trip outside with dog very load .
