- Cleanliness and location
- The location near the Central Plaza and art district is perfect.
- The General Manager and other management staff were present at breakfast and kickback happy hour making sure that guests were enjoying their experience. More importantly they were helping the staff keep the buffet stocked. They even helped bus tables.
Cons -
- Room was supposed to be mobility accessible. Tub had grab bars. Toilet did not. Also toilet was too low. Did not meet ADA regulations for accessible room! Hotel was under renovation, which was not mentioned in posting, nor reflected in price.
- Bathroom has a sliding door so our teenage daughter felt she didn?t have enough privacy but oh well.
- Parking is an additional 28.00
