- That the pool was broken down, the hot tub did not work. Their breakfast was horrible. When people make a reservation, they ought to let them know that their pool and hot tub do not work. Had to spend extra money just to take my grandkids to the recreation and aquatic center in Roswell. And if you make your reservation to a booking company, then they ought to let them know that they're pool and hot tubs do not work. That way, the booking companies can let us know. And it would give us the option of choosing a different hotel or motel.
- Ceiling over tub was leaking all the way across, smoke detector in drawer ,wires exposed, carbon dioxide machine was turned off. Hot / cold water was reversed in shower/ tub. Got moved to another room. Second floor no elevator. More issues. Table covered in paint splatters, wall had splatters on it from redoing roof/room, sink in bathroom turn on full force from hot. Cold didn't work. and it was like you barely turned it on. Blanket/spread had a big splotch on it that don't know what it was
- Hotel smelled, room was dirty and housekeeping didn't come at all to clean our room. The phones were down all three days I was there.

Its next to to many restaurants.
The breakfast, Need better service and flavor to much condiments, juice was warm
