Reasonable price. Room was recently upgraded. AC worked well.

Renovations made floors and hallways filthy. Ice machines not working.. Front desk clerk at check in told us they would sell us ice from bags, but clerk in the morning said that the ice was free and didn't know why they said that the night before

They offered free breakfast. There was a good restaurant right next door. Good location.

We stayed two nights. It was under construction, and certain places were blocked off. The pool was not available throughout our stay. The ice machine was not working. There was no elevator. The room was small.

Tub was dirty..towels were dirty..needed updated

The Bed was comfortable really hard and the Morning Girl at front desk was Really Rude to me.Im a Security Officer for the State of New Mexico if she's not happy with her Job find something else

Clean and well kept!! Staff very helpful and pleasant! Breakfast was ok!

The bathroom wasn't cleaned. Hair everywhere in the tub. Trash left on the floor. Someone's diesel truck ran all night long outside my window. The traffic noise was unbearable

Carpet torn and not fixed in a small spot right as you walk in. Sheets, bedding clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom clean and working well.

Horrible breakfast options. Hotel had a bad odor. No hot tub like it was advertised.

The carpet and the furniture were stained. The bed skirt was also dirty. There was a foul smell coming out of the sink.

The night time clerk was awesome. She did everything so could to make the awful stay great

The front desk clerk was so helpful and kind when we came in. She made us feel very welcome and even gave us some advice for the show we came for. And some directions to make it easier.

Nothing it was great

How much time do you have? The whole place smelled really good for one thing. No "perfume-y" smell or cleanser smell or anything like that--it just smelled nice! The beds were so comfy and I loved the sheets. Breakfast was great and the staff rocked!

The pool was not open despite being assured on the phone that it was. Front desk has no customer service, not once did they look me in the eye when I talked to them. All ice machines were, they couldn¿t offer any assistance or offer advice where to go.

I was literally disgusted with the pool area. The hot tub had standing water with growing mold and dirt

People were mice Good service .

Hotel was run down Old carpets. Small room. And there was food left in refrigerator from prior occupants.

Desk clerk was really nice and helpful. Room was about as expected based on reviews. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was only fair. Had to stop at Stellar Coffee for really good coffee.

Only 1 washer and 1 dryer in guest laundry.
