Water issues the entire stay. When we first checked in, the water was off. The next day I was unable to take a shower in the morning due to zero water pressure. Hot tub jets didn't work and the sauna was out of order.

Well located. Pretty up to date. Good parking

Just small things, but the office chair was broken down and the coffee maker did not work.

Convince of where it's is, breakfast was on point.

Got to the room late so these calves really don't matter pretending to us. But the robot needed you batteries and the shampoo containers would not disperse any of its product. Big things the bed needs to check.

We were able to check in early and the location is on the main drag, easy to find. The room was good size compared with many hotels. Breakfast was included with a limited but fresh selection.

Our room was VERY dirty. They don't vacuum much because my wife found half a pill on the floor next to the bed.

The room was dated. Water stains on the ceiling. Needs to have a spring cleaning including the corners of the room and shower. No hot water warm Thanksgiving that night.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable accommodations.

Floor was very uneven and sagging towards the middle of the room. Probably not safe to stay in and should be inspected by a structural engineer immediately

We were given a room that smelt awful, staff first told us that there was nothing they could do and then gave us a room with pull out couch. The guest sleeping on the couch experienced allergic reactions. Bugs in room.

Quiet. Clean. Good access. Ice machine.

The A/C when on would get TOO cold, then when off the temperature in the room would get too hot. This happened regardless of the temperature that was set. The A/C needs to cycle more often to maintain an even temperature in the room.

Internet did not work; breakfast not very good; hotel is showing its age

The front desk clerk was super helpful and recommended a restaurant I loved. The room was clean and quiet. I got a good night's sleep which is why I was there.

Like most hotels, I with they had drapes that would keep the light out. But this is most hotels.

Lots of parking and good breakfast.

Sheets had holes in them, towels were soooo old, hotel needs some updating.

It was easy, comfortable, and clean. I slept like a baby.

Staff and cleanliness of the room and property. Even during COVID-19 limited operation, the service was excellent!

The breakfast was superior to most of the hotels of this c aye gory. Egg dishes varied, smoothies were available, lots of health conscious choices.

The carpeting on the rooms and in elevators/common areas was a bit on used side. Looked a little worn and dirty in places.

The breakfast was good, pool, hot tub, and sauna were nice.

Room was very large

No water pressure in shower or sink. Was on the 2nd floor and whoever was above us on 3, was really noisy. Banged and slammed up and down on the floor all night. Since we were only staying one night, I didn't complain. Otherwise its a nice hotel.

Wonderful room, very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet and clean. Breakfast in the morning was awesome, definitely nothing like a typical hotel/motel breakfast. I am now a very big fan of Hampton Inns and would recommend them highly.
