IT IS SO CHARMING!! If you're looking for a romantic getaway this is THE SPOT in TAOS. Verde has a little fireplace inside and they supplied us with cut wood, fire starters, and matches. The breakfast is so nice and coffee is smooth. We would book again.
A lovely place to stay in Taos. The owner makes you feel at home. Super soft robes and slippers. A nice fireplace in your room. A great shower. Breakfast was excellent. I could not recommend it more.

Cons -

We stayed in Verde and just a warning: the walls are thin - sounds comes through very easily so if your neighbors are having an afternoon delight you will definitely hear them and they will definitely hear you and your spouse unless y'all are super quiet.

Very good experience. Hotel employee is a wonderful host and a fabulous cook! Really enjoyed the whole experience. Will be back for sure!
