Econo Lodge Hobbs

Pros +

• Location was good, price was $--- for the night but much nicer hotels weren't that much more.
• Beds were very comfortable, and the room was somewhat spacious.
• This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in for less than $----. And better than many I've paid over $---. When I stay in Hobbs again, I'm staying here.

Cons -

• The beds were horrible. Metal frames with springs like a cot that were bigger than the mattress, made a very loud metal slamming sound when getting in or out of bed, enough to wake the neighbors, every towel had stains.
• Breakfast offerings minimal. The young at check-in refused to stop her personal call via earbuds; hard to understand her; came across as really rude and we would have left if not prepaid. Other staff REALLY Really nice.
• Not many dinner option within walking distance. Drive and three options open up.
