Not much. Staff was friendly.

This place was old, run down and dirty. Curtains did not close, large gaps in doir, security lick completely missing.

Good location & availability. Shower was above average.

Poorly maintained, room door didn?t fit, drapery wouldn?t close all the way & no microwave! Breakfast was sparse.

Terrible smell in the room , coughed all night. No internet . Poor breakfast . No internet the whole time we were there.

The staff! Very outgoing, genuine, and kind.

Heater in the room malfunctioned, selection of channels on TV were ok.

Clean and comfortable bed.

No real hot water

Quite... Clean.... Relaxing..

No Waffle maker no Juices. Need two more selections of Cereal.

Price was right.

The rooms need updating. Our curtains were not working properly so they could not be closed and we had to sleep all night with a bright light outside the window.

Bathroom floor was wet - probably because the shower curtain didn?t extend completely to the floor of the shower. But still unpleasant to accidentally step in.

It was quiet and did not hear the freeway

Good location to get off and then back on the highway. They also all dogs.

It was not well maintained inside and outside - lots of trash around the building, my door handle had been broken and then fixed so I did not like that for security purposes. The "breakfast" was white bread and jelly and watered down orange juice. Ugh

I travel on interstate 40 I leave my home and when I get to Gallup it¿s time to have dinner and get a room. Location is good for me and the price is good for me in that hotel. You get a lot for a good price.

There¿s nothing to complain about the room is clean service was good. Everything was good.

GREAT location. Comfortable bed. In-room fridge included a little freezer. Free breakfast (including a cool machine that makes pancakes!).

The wi-fi didn¿t work. The ice machine was running but wouldn¿t give ice. Room felt worn and not-quite clean¿ especially the floors. Desk chair was old and cracked. Shower-curtain rod was pulling out of the wall¿. everything needed some attention.

This hotel was older and dated but as clean as expected

the advertised "breakfast " was non existent, the evening staff was unfriendly when asked for extra pillows, but the morning staff was friendly

Staff was nice and helpful. Very attentive to any request and smiled a lot. very pleasant

old,.... thin towels, no elevator, just stairs to the 2nd floor but doable. The price reflected the expectations. TV was good with many, many channels and great flat screen.

Staff was friendly, maintenance responsive

Run down looking, AC didn¿t work (and it was scorching hot outside), not especially clean, three braces on the bed to hold the mattress stick way out and are a law suit waiting to happen (very dangerous, shins beware!)

Nice rooms, breakfast was average but decent, would stay again!

Lobby was cold!

Looks like the building is falling apart, visible sagging and spackle. Completely outdated

The hotel charged me for the room even though it was paid for in full prior to my arrival. I will now have to try to get a refund for the second charge....

I was able to walk my dog out back.

I am living off grid,starting out, all alone. Stray dog showed up...I'm just surviving, now worried about dog. Had 4-5 loads of laundry to do. I booked this hotel due to having laundry & pet friendly. I CALLED TO VERIFY THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES

Clean and building was clean and neat.

Man working desk at sign in was rude and hard to understand. There was plexiglass between him and me. I understand covid safety but I couldn't hear him clearly. Also AC unit in room had no access to controls but I found a way to remedy that.
