It was dirty, run down, smelly! He had trouble finding my reservation. Walls were so thin we could hear them talking in the other room. This was NO 2 1/2 star. Other sites put it at 1 1/2 star. I was suckered into this room by a coupon. DISAPPOINTED!

Not a 2.5 star; hardly a 1-star hotel. Rooms extremely dark; only one small table lamp in room. No power outlets for customer use; if I had to charge my cell phone or lap top, I had to unplug microwave or refrigerator. TV was broken. Rude front desk staff

The young man at the desk was very nice. Other than that it was horrible. IT was NOT A 2.5 star hotel. More like a no rating or 1 star if that. Please change the rating on this hotel . Very misleading to say this was a 2.5 star. Horrible experience.

Room smelled very strong of cleaner. So strong that all my stuff smelled after I left. Shower was not hot. Tub was rusty. Bad drywall work all over bathroom. Even though I paid for 2 nights I stayed somewhere else the 2nd night.
This motel is not a 2.5 star at all. It had more for the writings of the bathroom door it was dirty and an ugly please tell him I felt unsafe the curtain was on off, it smelled old and dirty and like smoke.

Smoke alarm disconnected, holes in wall, paint peeling, garbage under bed, only one set of bad towels..
It wasn't fancy, but it was very clean.
You ask me "did the hotel meet your expectations for the star level". That is an un fair question since you rated it low. It deserves a better rate. Better then your name brand hotels.
