Hampton Inn & Suites Farmington

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They recently have remodeled, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Clerk on morning of Dec 26 was not friendly when we had breakfast.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

My only complaint about this hotel was the orange/apple juice at breakfast. The orange juice was not very good at all.

The young man at the front desk was a friendly and helpful professional to greet us at the end of a long day. He gave us some directions, offered bagged breakfast sandwiches, and asked about our day trip when we returned! 

We were able to have out fur baby with us.

We asked for extra towels and washcloths. We were told to give them our used towels for clean towels. only thing is there was only three towels, wash cloths and there was 5 of us that stayed in the room.

Cleanliness, breakfast, pool, location, no extra fee for pets

The check in was fast, staff was inviting. Beds were comfortable. I just expected more from the Hotel because of its reputation and the price I paid.

The Hotel needs a major overhaul. Dirty walls, stains on the chairs, bathroom was cleaned carelessly, loud AC, curtains and carpet looked old and outdated. Thin walls, could hear rooms next to us.

We have stayed in several of your motels in the past week and all have been great.

We were able to upgrade to larger rooms.

I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, and took a nice hot shower. I love the coziness of the beds and the Television was very much great as well. My mother fell asleep soundly when we were there, and my son was overjoyed with the pool.

Exterior crane made driving a challenge. Interior stairway definitely has seen better days. It’s a tired Hampton.

Disappointing

Really noisy , you can hear tv sounds and kids jumping from room above and left right rooms. Bed sheet was dirty.

Clean, nice, modern, good breakfast, safe location, friendly staff. Would stay here again.
