Pros +

• It was not a good experience. No comment.
• The breakfast was exceptional and the service was wonderful
• Staff was great and super professional and courteous. The location was great and very central to where we had to travel, and lot's of good places to eat nearby.

Cons -

• We could not check in early so after dinner we finally got keys checked in. Our room looked ok until I went to take a shower I notice we had no shower curtain or bath towels. I was so tired, I cleaned the tub it did not look clean and took a bath.
• The pool was so cold and wasn't heated and there was no jacuzzi and the room we stayed in the dishes were still in the dishwasher also the shower floor was dingy
• Rude staff. They do not offer breakfast, like advertised. Bed are springy and pokes you.
