Convenience

Sink and counters peeling, no trash can liners and no lotion.

Room was decently clean

Hallway & property were disgustingly dirty. Did not feel safe in the parking lot

Location and 24 hrs access

The microwave was slow and a lot of people want to used

It provided the basics. Most importantly, it felt safe. The parking lot was congested. Nice and very helpful check-in lady.

In the room, there was only one towel, no washcloths or handsoap, although there was a small container of liquid soap.

the beds were comfortable

Frankie sent us to espenola when we had asked for coyote. after it was booked and could not cancel, we realized it was 2 1/2 hours out of our way. Also, not much landmarking for where the hotel itself was located. Air conditioner was very loud.

Clean and everything worked

Like many motels the drain plugs in bathtub and sinks did not exist,so I put the washclothes in the holes to keep the water from draining.

It was hard to find. Staff was not very interested in helping. Room was ¿okay¿ but generally the place was shabby

The cleanliness bath tub dirty, hair all over, breakfast included? Cofee, muffins and oat meal! No micro and/or cofee maket in room! 2 veey small pillows they have no extra pillows!

This is an older motel but is certainly a good place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and neat. We were able to park where we could observe our motorcycles directly from the room.

We would have liked a better breakfast but these seem to have gone away with the onset of the Covid pandemic.

Nothing! Was tempted to leave but the room was already paid.

The location was hidden, the assigned room had leftovers in the mini refrigerator, the front lobby was "dingy dirty looking"!! The hall was partially painted with a gray color...unfinish. The 1st floor exit door was unlock after dark...no security lock.

The staff were really great. Kind and courteous

The pictures made it look a bit more ¿luxurious¿. Could definitely use some updates, but overall it was good

Yeah the pictures that they showed online very old pictures because the beds were old bedspreads were Very thin you need to Ask for more towels and clean sheets you had to change your own sheets there was only one garbage can in the room I had set it out

Didn't even stay at the hotel because it was absolutely horrific.Went to attend a funeral. And learned before arriving of bed bug infestation problem when I arrived I was refused a refund so asked to see room mattress had huge blood stain with bullet hole

And bug infestation.The front desk clerk was beyond rude also had her toddler there screaming and crying running around the whole hotel all crazy. So ended up missing almost the entire rosary because we had to make other accomodations with barely any $$$

Fair price.

Waited 20 minutes to check in. No one was at front desk. Lobby and hallway smelled like smoke.

I liked the spacious room. I appreciated the refrigerator which we use for our medication. The Rodeway Inn in Espanola is the better of the three hotels which are in the same vicinity.

Not enough towels. Would like some coffee in the room but we didn't have high expectations because this was Espanola.

It was a mistake booking here.

Staff was rude and refused an assistance request by my handicapped companion. I was charged $--- correctly. The next day an additional $60.30 was charged fraudulently to my visa account. Amount is under dispute.

poor reception area and check in, Breakfast only had one cereal and a couple of plane pastries. Not good at all. Would not stay there again.

Curtains torn, ac noisy,not a lot of choice for breakfast

It was my worse experience I do not like nothing to bad that I can cancel and get my money back.

First the room was felty the room curtins was all torn to pices, dirty carpet no shower curtin on bathroom I asked and they just hend me one for me to put it in. Come back later the sevond day and the room still the same way we left it that morning.

Clean linen and tub.

dirt in crack of bathroom floor. The extremely worn and torn curtains (had actual holes and slits). Odor upon entering the door.
