Was at this hotel Sunday then following Friday, and the pool was closed for maintenance BOTH days. Also electricity went out, 2 members of the family have CPAP machines and could not use their machines fr this diagnosis, so did not sleep

The room was very nice with an attached sitting area, couch, and TV. The bathroom was clean and felt like there was a recent remodel. Multiple pillows on the bed assisted with a great nights sleep.

Heat was not working. Bath tub don?t have mat . Slippery tub. Slip while taking bath.

Despite the fact that the hotel was undergoing renovation, the room we had was clean and the hotel staff -- for the most part -- was professional.

The room, though clean, had a television that was not working properly and no phone. Also, the maintenance staff and laborers doing the hotel renovation failed to observe proper security precautions for the protection of hotel guests.

Excellent hotel. Everything feels and looks new. Desk staff that checked us in was very personable, a joy to meet. We would stay here again.

Yes remodeling construction in room above us very loud and early in the morning. Maid service only halfway cleaned room. Pool was not available for entire stay

The desk staff was most friendly and courteous in providing assistance. In addition the place was very clean and the morning breakfast was very good.

I stayed there for 3 nights and never got my room cleaned. I had to go ang get clean towels. This is truly an inconvenience for the price being charged.

The hotel¿s location was convenient to restaurants but away from all the traffic. It was a clean place with friendly staff. The breakfast was good!

Pool was closed and we were sent to another location that also closed until 10 am.

We¿ve stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased with it. Now we¿ve been there twice and we are still very pleased. It is clean and well managed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent as well as hotel quality

Too much road noise & people playing car stereos in parking lot across street. Best to get room facing back of hotel.

The bathroom floor was sticky But the clerk took care of it in a timely manner.

My wife and I liked literally everything about this hotel. From its exceptional cleanliness and friendly, professional staff to its perfect location, this hotel made an impromptu getaway a weekend to remember. Our sincerest thanks to everyone on the team.
