SureStay Plus by Best Western Cannon A.F.B.

Wonderful breakfast with a large variety. Also, the manager (owner?) was extremely kind and friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the experience of his guests.

As others mentioned, it’s an older building so less clean feeling than some hotels I’ve been in. That’s not to say the room was not clean, just had a little wear and tear (the door didn’t meet the frame well and a fairly large spider got in overnight)

It was a place to sleep.

The rooms have a funky smell. It is a kind of moldy, mildew, covered by bad fragrance smell.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good continental breakfast

Great front desk. Good breakfast. Clean room. Clean pool area.

Room a little outdated, but apparently upgrades are coming.

Hotel needs a deep cleaning. Walls in the room/bathroom were filthy, towels were dingy and the chair/ottoman had something spilled all over it. The door had a big gap in it which at night the light shined through.

Nice hotel per the rating. Not a bare bones room for the price, clean and comfortable.

I can't think of anything really...except up and down the stairs!

This hotel is an excellent choice in the area. It is a military town so some of the hotels are a little shady. The Super 8 is not shady it is clean, quiet and the staff are stellar. I travel a lot and this is one of my favorites.

What didn't I like? Everything was as perfect as it could be. The room was big and cute. The breakfast was much more than expected. There were eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, cereal......

I liked everything.

It was clean, convenient and the hot breakfast was a bonus.

The carpet on the room was old and showed. There were pebbles on the carpet.

This place is awesome. I travel a lot. Some of my experiences are not too great. I have to say this Super 8 FAR exceeds xpectations. Customer service is stellar. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We will stay there again

It a thing. Great stay. Thanks you guys!

My flight was canceled and I was unable to make it to my hotel for my reservation. I finally got a flight out the next day but the hotel is refusing to refund for the one night making and it was completely out of my hands. Price and the hotel was contact

The staff was friendly and nice

Everything at the hotel was fine until I got a bill for a $100.00 hold on my charge card for each room I booked to make sure my room checked out. When I called them a few days later they told me it was standard and that I would get it back in 7-10 days.

Breakfast was better than the typical breakfast offered at most hotels. Eggs were tastier, with green chilies, cheese and tortillas available.

Convenient location and complete breakfast.

Door to room was missing weather stripping along have of lock side and along the base of door. Shower curtain rod improperly mounted and falling off of wall.

Staff was very friendly even with a slight mix up on the rooms

My only disappointment was the beds were really firm

The hotel offered a complimentary car service. We were pulling a long trailer, so it was nice not to have to pull it around town. Also, there was parking for our truck and trailer.

There was a huge commotion in the parking lot between 11:30 p.m.-1 a.m. Horns were honking and people were fighting. It was very scary. The hotel was across the street from railroad tracks. Trains passed all night long.

This place was much nicer than I expected it to be. Extra clean & friendly staff ¿¿ It was a real bonus getting to see a war memorial right by the hotel! Thanks for the good breakfast, too.

Nice hotel right off 84. Bed was amazing. Happy hour with food & soft drinks.

Great customer service the room was very clean and the water pressure was great in the shower overall great experience

No it was great

The free breakfast was really good. There were a variety of choices. Every staff member we dealt with was nice and helpful.

Okay, not the best part of town which made the large gap between the door jam and the door all the more glaring. It was large enough of a gap for us the easily to shove a couple of hand towels in. The gap was from the ground to under the door knob.
