Price.

Bad breakfast. No coffee. OBTW, it was 8AM.

This is our third stay at the Clovis, NM Comfort Inn and as usual it was perfect. Everything worked as expected, staff was awesome! I will likely stay there again if I get back to Clovis.

My only complaint is that the water is INCREDIBLY HARD! I have soft water at home so showering with this hard water was painful. It was nearly impossible to create a soap lather on a washcloth with a bar of soap. Hot breakfast was the same every day.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room.

TV speaker was in the back and it had to be turned up loud.

Location and cleanliness.

Breakfast could?ve been better. Also, daytime front desk staff member was not a service oriented employee. Some additional training will benefit the employee and hotel.

The large, spacious, clean room. The hotel was also on the north side of town and away from the noisy train tracks.

There was only 1 small thing about the room which could be improved. The room had a small sofa bed which we didn't need. We found that the sofa sagged in the middle. Even with just 1 person sitting on it, it just didn't have that much support.

Huge rooms, very clean, and a comfortable bed. We had an issue with lights in our room. The staff went above and beyond to resolve it. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, gravy, oatmeal, and waffles. Highly recommend!

The breakfast started at 6 am but the staff did not put the the food into the warmer until 6 am so eating at that time meant the breakfast was not all ready. Gravy warmers were dirty from the day before.

I was pleasantly surprised! My room was a spacious suite that didn't feel like an afterthought. This past year I have stayed at 3 Hilton's, 4 Hyatt's, 2 Holiday Inn's and this Comfort Inn Suites was better than the 3 Hilton's!!! The bed was comfortable

I do wish they had bigger shampoo and conditioner bottles than the tiny samples.

Staff checked us in and she was such a delite, professional and personable. The morning breakfast staff was so polite and treated everyone as if they were family, much like the food she prepared as if serving to family. Loved our experience.

The cost and staff are great

Shower and toilet not working properly. Spa still not fixed.

The rooms are very large. Our family of 4 fit perfect and even had space for a blowup mattress if needed. All the staff was very kind and the hotel was nice and clean.

The pullout sofa mattress was extremely thin you could feel each spring with your hand. We passed on using it and got a blowup mattress instead.

Shower was broken but still functioned. I let the front desk know.

Hot tub was closed.

We were unable to use the outside door nearest our room, as the card reader did not work. When we brought it the attention of the desk clerk, he said they had been having problems with it and were supposed to get it repaired the next week.

It was very clean. Breakfast was good. It was in a good location.

The hot tub is not working and they haven't drained the water out of it. It looks nasty.

Quiet and spacious room. Good location. Coffee shop and restaurants near by.

Ice machine on the fist floor was out of order. Had to go to the second or third floor for ice which was inconvenient. Room key malfunction but the person at the front desk quickly took care of the issue by giving me another key.

The place looks good when it comes to the exterior of the hotel and the lobby, not so much when it came to the rooms.Customer service was pretty good, though the rooms and hallways on the second and third floor are in a serious need of a renovation.

The carpeted floor in the hallway creaks in some spots when you walk from the elevator to your room on the second and third floors. Both the rooms I stayed in had windows that wouldn't close and didn't have a screen, the rooms are outdated af.
