Pros +
- Rooms were nice. However, the keying system did not work at first, so it took two trips back to the lobby to finally get our own key cards.
- Pool
- The room was nice, and the staff was enjoyable.
Cons -
- Front desk clerk was outside of the hotel when we arrived at 4, talking with some people in a car. She came in after a few minutes... but then made us wait while she took a phone customer. They need 1-2 more people at the front desk during the day.
- Room was not clean
- for my entire stay I had to find a staff member to let me and my family in the room. It was very inconvenient. I also watched other guest yell at the staff because of the key issue that this hotel had for my entire stay.
