Nothing . I wish I could rate the hotel zero out of 10

I changed room twice. First room worse than the last .the tubs were rusty enamel stripping of the tub and soap dish. The sinks flooded. The towels were dingy and stained . the manager refused to refund me my money . Charged me 2 hr early check in fee .

Clean and priced well

Location (near train track) and was quite noisy at night

I was charged twice by accident by the hotel staff and it had taken days to be reimbursed

Easy to get to, seemed clean enough. Bed was comfy.

It's right on the train tracks. The trains blew their horns 2 to 3 times an hour ALL NIGHT. It was awful and made for very poor sleep. Breakfast was mediocre and the AC in our room didn't work very well.

The closeness of train noise.

Sleep Inn was terrible. The telephones did not work, so no wakeup calls. The sink drainage was horrible. Overall rating 1 star.

Very kind staff, hot breakfast, clean room and common areas.

The shower was cracked on the side where a grab bar had been installed, the sink stopper was missing. But the main issue was the location. This, and the other hotels in town, is located mere yards from a very busy train yard. Too much noise.

they had a great breakfast. nice hotel.

the trash can had someone else's trash in it. the fan didn't work in the shower. rain water leaked in on the a/c unit. told the MGM. great food n hotel n the above. he could care less

That they allowed pets

There were cockroaches inside the room by the door way and the room was full of flies, every time I would kill one another one would pop up. And they only gave us one toilet paper roll.

Room was decent, breakfast spread was nice.

The bathroom in room could use some work.

Location

Uncleanliness. Fingernails on floor by bed and night stand. Tub dirty. Not enough towels.

This hotel was previously a Hampton Inn by Hilton where we have stayed many times. We thought it would still be a nice place to stay. The bed was comfortable.

The room had flies, slow draining of the sink and shower, and an old truck tire and trash out the window. Cold cereal and oranges for breakfast No juices just coffee

Parking

Room smelled like smoke, gym had no bench , pool was closed, toilet was running, no water in the gym. Tv didn¿t work in the gym. No water to buy in the little concession area. Lots of flies in the room.

Clean and convenient

My credit card was charged twice. I pointed it out to the guy at the front desk but he assured me they didn't. It cleared my account and I had to call to get the card refunded. Also, the amount for the room was considerably less than the price charged

Nice clean room

The train tracks are nearby so just be aware of that if you are a light sleeper. They did provide free earplugs in the room if you need them.

Staff was excellent - very helpful and friendly.

The room had a strong scent like a room deodorizer had been used in it. Kind of a soapy smell. I am very sensitive to smells so it was strong for me.

Friendly welcoming staff even with late check in and extremely tired mood I was in. The cleaning staff were very efficient and kind; excellent cleanliness.

The ladies in charge of breakfast were really nice. Internet worked well.

A little old. A little funny smelling. The shower in room 233 a little funky black stuff in the grout. A little clump of hair that the vacuum missed on our carpet.

Well the TV didn't work in the first room! So they gave us a another one .one of the lights was broken, and had to mess with the refrigerator too make it work!
