- Fairly good proximity, to the Train.
- The atmosphere
- The room was very clean. The grounds were beautiful. Easy access in and out of motel. Had a walking path by creek behind motel. We had an enjoyable stay.
Cons -
- One of the two queen size beds had a stained sheet on it. Motel has offered a discount.
- The air condioning. Frozen up all the time and housekeeping never noticed
