Absolutely nothing.

For the price this was absolutely ridiculous we wanted to swim but all we could do is see chairs in the swimming pool at advertises online that there is a pool and there is not the rooms look nothing like what the pictures do

There were bugs everywhere in our room. We hoped that the hot tub would at least be on, but it was not. There is nothing on the site that says when the pool is open/closed.

Tv didn't have batteries,maintenance man had to be called to get t.v. to work. No pool,vent was hanging off wall in bathroom along with towel rack hanging down. Numerous people hanging outside that did not have rooms. Vagrants.

hotel advertised free continental breakfast on the website, but there was none. Also, hotel had 2 ice machines, both broken. Also, card key didn't work 3 of the 5 days.

Staff was friendly.

Rooms were old and dirty. Crying babies and people yelling at their dogs.

1st the attendant took a long time to come check me in and out. Both times I called the number but she took more time than expected to come. I asked about military discounts and she said she didn't know anything. There was no breakfast as stated online

Location. If visiting Carlsbad Caverns, this hotel is located in the southwest of the town on the strip; therefore, easy to arrive at.

Flies, dirty rug, filthy armchair, cockroaches, stopped-up drain in the tub, blowdryer doesn't work (and service to fix it not provided when asked)

The motel was close to the park we were exploring! Lock was broken on the door and one of the beds were broken but overall nice!

Can't really say too much

The pool wasn't open, no breakfast, the room was not clean, the smoke detector had a rag shoved into it. The bathroom exhaust was missing it's cover.

It’s in a good location prices are cheap

The first room I got the AC was broken the second room I got I bet there was close to 20 dead cockroaches Third room was good upon initial inspection until the next morning two live cockroaches on floor One in bathtub I was horrified. I will never be back

The staff and being close to where I needed to go.

No coffee maker on the coffee tray or in the room. Used soap put back in a wrapper and put in soap dish. Remote only worked to change stations if put on the weird sensor that came up from the dresser that made you think it was a camera spying on you.

The reason I gave a NO answer if the hotel met my expectations for the star level is because I believe it deserves at least a 4 star rating. We travel a lot and this hotel met all requirements in all categories. Thank you for the experience in Carlsbad.

Everything advertised was met or exceeded our expectations.

It was close to Guadalupe mts

Could have been cleaner and had a more comfortable bed but was not bad

First room smelled musty and of urine. Second room a little better just musty. Hotel is aged and requires lots of maintenance to bring up to a two star.

The pool was probably the only perk.

We had to get Clorox and clean the toilet ourselves cause the cleaning person was not there. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were dead bugs in the room. The door latch was broken and we had to push the sofa in front of the door at night.

Centrally located to all destinations I was going too. Room was clean.

The initial first impression upon checking in was less than expected, and not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was lacking. H

The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was dirty. The door locks were broken. A guy walked into our room with a key of his own saying the lady at the front said it was vacant. The staff was rude. The floors were dirty not even vacuumed.

Close to National Park

- We paid for a non-smoking room, but had to change rooms because the original room smelled of smoke - Property/grounds not well-maintained - Inadequate parking - Sub-standard breakfast - In-room toilet did non function well

Nothing at all!

Holes in the wall, holes in the doors, just flat out disgusting rooms. Power went out in the middle of the night and there is a bar attached to the hotel. All the bar patrons were rambunctious when power went out. Pure hell!
