- I do wish that there was daily cleaning of the rooms. I stayed for 3 days and no one came to ask me for cleaning Also the room needed usb outlets for my phone. There were none.
- There's no elevator to the second floor. The mattresses were horrible and you can tell they had not been rotated, probably ever.

Best Western is great on all levels

Other than the door to get outside was not working and had to make a complaint to get it fixed. Everything was great and they had the door fixed in a hr.
