Hampton Inn & Suites Albuquerque/Airport

My Wife and I travel quite a lot and We always try to stay at a Hampton because the beds are some one of the most comfortable of any Hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.

Very nice & spacious rooms, clean & updated furniture. Welcoming staff. They asked if we prefer ground floor or upper level, we selected ground level as was traveling with kids.

There were missing items in bathroom like shower gel , hen asked at counter they informed they are out of shower gel and offered couple of soap bars to use it instead. Swimming poo water was murky/milky, Even saw hair sinking on top.

The shuttle process took longer than expected. One employee working the front desk and shuttle at the same time is not doable.

Location and overall facility.

Wanted a hotel close to airport, which this is¿ area not the safest, not a reflection on hotel. I felt a little uneasy about walk to/from my car to the building early AM or late PM. Just advising se people be vigilant of their surroundings.

Fantastic breakfast. Check in and out was very easy. Location was good and easy to find. The stay was relatively quiet.

The room could have been more clean. Neither the microwave nor the fridge in the room worked very well. There were buttons on the TV remote that didn't work.

The room was really nice and had a nice color scheme.

The shower wasn¿t a normal size shower so unless you were tiny you weren¿t fitting. Their was a woman that despite hotel policy being that if you have a service animal or a therapy animal that there would be no additional charge according to the Hilton

We could hear the guests above us until about 11pm. The TV could have been larger since the room was bigger.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

The indoor pool was freezing. It was not heated. The hot tub foamed in a weird way. Elevators smelled a little odd.

Mattress were very was very hard. Maybe the lack of sleep has soured me about this hotel. I have stayed here previously and the room and bed were top notch!

not really...it is difficult to find, but worth it.

Clean and convenient

Took a bit to check in because of computer system. But not bad.

Conveniently located close to airport, ~ 5 minutes. We used the airport shuttle to return our rental car the night before. Room was spacious. Wife liked the spacious bathroom with lots of counter space and several hooks. Large fluffy bath towels.

Had problems with initially finding the hotel because it's the last one in a row of hotels. Using Google Maps Android was mostly to blame!

Staff was rude and extremely unprofessional the room was dirty and did not look like it has been cleaned for a while.

The only thing was they have had Toast for breakfast and Salsa but the other then that great place to stay

Room was very large and great for my family of 6.

We arrived at 7pm. Check-on was at 3:00. Our room was not ready until 8:00pm. That was 5 hours after check-in. This is 100% unacceptable. The 2 front desk staff were extremely kind and apologetic about it, which helped the unfortunate situation.

How clean it was, the front desk lady was wonderful. She was quick and super friendly.

This was a last minute stay and I was worried the room would be substandard. It was big and clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the shower was for handicapped people so it was a little tight but not really an issue.
