The location was close to everything

Front desk staff member was under the influence and quit before fixing an issue for my employee who was having trouble getting into her room. He used vulgar language before walking out, leaving us and others stranded with no emergency number to call.

It was very good, 9 out of 10 stars.

Parking was difficult and the front doors to the hotel were not automatic, I had to scan my key card and manually open the doors.

Comfortable clean room located close to our reason for visit

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were big.

Bed was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping on a board covered with a padded mattress cover.

The bed mattress was board like. Neither my husband or I slept well.

The staff is very nice

The window had a large crack in it and could hear the wind/air coming in so didn?t sleep well.

The hotel staff were excellent, from the cleaning ladies to the front desk. They were delightful and helpful.

Breakfast could use some. The last day the breakfast was exceptional.

Reallly good hashbrowns. Forgot my toothpaste and was able to procure a travel size from front desk.

The clean bath towels were on a shelf inside the bathtub. So weird.

Parking at this location is horrible. Small spaces. If your not in your room and parked by 2100¿ you won¿t find parking

The hotel had a pleasant smell in the hallways and everything seemed very clean. The breakfast was above expectations and a pleasant surprise.

Room layout was strange and choppy. The couch-bed blocks the door when it is out. The elevators require a card-key to use, but the readers are unreliable and need to be updated. There are locks on the toilet paper, but they were broken in my room.

This hotel is well kept and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly during check in. It was great to be able to have our service animal with us without question.

The staff at the front desk was friendly, the breakfast was a good selection, the location would have to be the only reason I think we chose this hotel. It was a very grimy hotel

The front desk clerk was not very professional for a customer facing position. We had to request our room to be cleaned each day. The room TV was not working and needed maintenance.

Multiple staff members were unprofessional. Also, I confirmed with the desk clerk during check-in that my card was already charged for the full stay, but he must've lied because the hotel charged a different card that was on file for incidentals only.

The size of the rooms. Big walk in shower

Front desk women was rude spoke to fast and unclear. Also the towels are like sand paper.

Check in staff was great. Location to nice stores and restaurants is wonderful.

Housekeeping could have been a bit better. There was hair in the bathtub and clothing tags visibly under the couch.

Very clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Proximity to the shopping malls and great dining.

Nothing bad to say at all. Great place to stay! We stay here every time we come to Albuquerque...
