Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

Good location for our stay.

Sewer smell in the building for our entire stay. Housekeeping very late one day & never showed up to clean the day before our last night. Also housekeeping showed up & knocking at 830 on the morning of check out, check out time was not until 12. Hit & miss with staff as far as friendliness, some very rude.

The first room would not get warm it stayed at 60 degrees, I got moved to another room and there was absolutely no hot water to shower. The hallways smelt moldy.

Good location, the rooms were very spacious. The free airport shuttle is very convenient.

I kept getting locked out of my room due to the faulty electronic door lock. I had to go back to the check in desk twice, where my key car was replaced. When the third card didn’t work I asked a member of the housekeeping staff to open my door and her master key card did not work. She phoned the maintenance department and the technician also could not open the door. Eventually the entire door locking system needed to be replaced. The technician’s name was Darrell and he was excellent at solving the problem and deserves a bonus. Not a single call or effort was made by the hotel management for the inconvenience. My room rate included breakfast but the buffet in the restaurant was dismal. There was no coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for coffee to be made while the dining room staff person chatted loudly with customers, ignoring all of the dirty tables the entire time. Find a better breakfast elsewhere.

Great location

Overrated and overpriced. They make the room rates look appealing and then charge you for things like parking your car in their parking lot. It’s a scam that Sheraton has a reputation and is well-known for.

No microwave and No Breakfast included

Location is okay easy to get to.

Sheets were dirty, human hair on the sheets. Zero insulation could hear tvs and conversation from both sides.

Good, knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful staff.

Bathroom fixtures need maintenance.We went to breakfast at 07: 30 but there whatever breakfast dises were served were gone nothing was left. We had coffee and took the hotel shuttle to the airport.

Location is ideal to and from ABQ Sunport and rental car center. The room was adequately spacious. Shuttle service worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking that was easy to enter and exit.

The building is obviously very dated. It really needs a thorough refresh. The TV service was slow and hard to figure out. The wifi system never recognized our name and room number to allow us on the wifi.
