Great location, very good restaurant, really nice view from room. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Decorating, staff, food and available to walk to old town.
No cups in bathroom, shower head not flexible to adjust height, hard to shower if your short. Low batteries in tv changer and wall cooler.
I enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel and it¿s convenient location to Old Town Albuquerque!
There was barely any parking available for the evening. I almost had to park a block away or on the street. It annoyed me that I couldn¿t easily find parking for the price I was paying to stay.
We loved eveyrthing about it, specially the restaurant.
There was a little bit of a funky smell smell outside... Not sure if it was coming from the hotel, but it seemed to be only in the outside on the North side of it,
Location
I booked the room for my daughter who was traveling from Rome Italy to Albuquerque. The staff would not let her check into her room ( room was in her name). I had to come from the hospital where I¿m currently receiving cancer treatment to check her in
Misinformation on charges, and added charges with no explanation! Rude and in empathetic employees!
Well set up electronics table, but short the USB connectors I found in other hotels. Needed a second computer chair. Coffee was good and had four packs instead of the usual two. I left a substantial tip.
The location couldn't be better. You can walk to Old Town, a new Market and the new High end hotel next door.
Rooms are still only being cleaned by asking.
Convenient location. The lobby was attractive.
The hotel room was dated but clean. The paint in the tub was chipped, and the bathroom was small and dingy. I¿d prefer not to have carpet in the room.
The pool, the view from the balcony, the front desk staff, and hotel employee in the gift shop were so friendly and informative. The selection in the gift shop is excellent. I was able to buy goggles and a floatie for my grandkids. Grand decor inside and out. A+
Aggressiveness of certain security staff. There is a diplomatic way to deal with certain situations, and walking around with a big green vest and an aggressive attitude is not the correct way to go.
Very nice rooms, beautiful property. Short walk to Old Town. Would love to stay here again.
Great view from my room. Classic historical structure.
Restaurant and bar still closed.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby decor was adorable, loved the southwest style. Bed and pillows were super comfy.
The rooms a a tad outdated. To live up to the star rating, a renovation should take place to update the rooms. However, rooms were clean and comfortable.
The bathtub did not drain, the management at the pool were extremely rude, was not informed about pool hours and harrasded by manager at hotel if I indeed was staying at the hotel was asked several times my room number and proof I had paid to be there
Hotel and restaurant staff were absolutely amazing! Took care of everything we needed!
Some guests at pool were not maintaining safe distance from others (mostly children whose parents were either not with them or not paying attention)
The staff was wonderful, the room was impeccable. Tons of good channels on TV and a super comfy bed. Good restaurant downstairs with a super friendly older waiter. He'll make sure your order is filled, with the brightest smile! Plus, LOCATION!
Nothing really!
Beautiful lobby, much in keeping with the Old Town New Mexico surroundings. Great Bar Restaurant for Happy Hour. Easy walking distance to Old Town and a quick cab from Nightlife on Central Ave.
Dirty linens were left in piles in the hallway.
Comfortable bed.
-Shower head did not have much pressure. -No convenient electrical outlets for phones. Near bed would be ideal. -Only one light switch, all other lamps had to be turned on the lamp.
